APIpay LLC ("APIpay", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website apipay.cash and the APIpay mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
We collect information you provide directly, including name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, bank account and routing information, tax identification number, and government-issued identification for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. We also collect transaction data, device and usage information, IP address, and cookies.
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money-laundering rules), provide customer support, send transactional notifications, and improve the Service.
APIpay LLC uses SMS text messaging to deliver account notifications, payment confirmations, two-factor authentication codes, and customer care messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from APIpay LLC.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties under any circumstances. This restriction applies to all categories of mobile information we collect.
We share information only with: (a) service providers who process payments, perform KYC/AML checks, deliver SMS or email, and host our infrastructure, all bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) financial institutions and payment networks as required to process transactions; (c) law enforcement and regulators when legally required; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We never sell personal information.
We retain personal and transaction information for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable financial, tax, and anti-money-laundering regulations (typically a minimum of five years after account closure).
